In short: we use your data only to respond to your enquiries and to keep the website secure. This website does not use cookies, does not track you and does not share any information about your visit with other companies. We do not sell or rent personal data.

We are the controller of the personal data described below, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For any question about your data, please write to us at the email address above.
2. What data we process
When you send us an enquiry through the form
- your name and, optionally, your company;
- your email address and/or phone number;
- the type of valuation and your message;
- the IP address the form was sent from and the page language — used to prevent abuse (spam, automated submissions).
The form does not store anything on the website: your enquiry is sent to us directly by email, to comenzi@evaz.ro. Please do not include data in your message that we do not need (for example, health information or national identification numbers).
When you contact us directly
If you email or call us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, the content of your message).
When you visit the website
Like any web server, our server automatically records, for each request: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser and operating system, and the page you came from. These logs help us keep the website working and secure. IP addresses that attempt attacks on the server are blocked automatically and temporarily.
From these logs we produce aggregated traffic statistics (for example, the number of visitors per week). The statistics contain only truncated IP addresses — the last group of digits is replaced with 0 — so they cannot be used to identify visitors.

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and correspondence: 3 years from the last contact, after which we delete them. If an enquiry becomes a contract, the data is kept with the contract documents for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Server logs: 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Traffic statistics: kept for comparisons over time; they do not contain full IP addresses.
5. Who has access to the data
- The EVAZ.RO team that handles enquiries.
- The providers of our infrastructure, only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations: Hostinger (website hosting, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and BTS Telecom (email hosting, in Romania).
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
The data is stored in the European Union. We do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
6. Cookies
The evaz.ro website does not use cookies — neither our own nor third-party ones — and stores nothing in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or any other monitoring tools. Fonts, images and all other files are hosted on our own server, so your visit does not send any data to third parties. That is why the website does not show a consent banner.
If we ever introduce cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it before using them and update this page.
The links to LinkedIn and Facebook take you to those companies' websites, where their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
7. Your rights
With regard to your data, you have the right:
- to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy (right of access);
- to have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- to have your data erased;
- to restrict the processing;
- to receive your data in a structured format so you can pass it on (portability);
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at comenzi@evaz.ro. We will reply within one month, free of charge.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Sector 1, Bucharest — www.dataprotection.ro — or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
8. Data security
All traffic to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). The server receives automatic security updates, access to it is restricted, and attack attempts are blocked automatically.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the way we process data changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
